As the Zeekr brand grew, digital touchpoints became fragmented — with inconsistent visual language, UX patterns, and implementation across teams. In order to adress these issues, I led the work creating a unified Visual Identity that scales across platforms, teams, and markets. Balancing brand expression with usability and performance.

I was responsible for the digital design direction by defining UI and brand principles, structuring a cross-platform design system. All in close collaboration with product and engineering, and anchoring design decisions across teams.

I treated the brand as a system, not just an identity. Working closely together with the Digital Team for user testing, tracking digital behavior and translating them into modular UI patterns.

The brand portal became a central tool for distributing and maintaining this system. The aim is always to use one system globally, keeping components to a minimum to achieve maximum efficiency of usage, while supporting familiarity through interaction with the brand.
